NEW:I just moved these pages to a new web-hoster.
They were formerly hosted at geocities, before yahoo closed
that service in 2009. So don't be surprised if you see some
left-over "hosted at geocities" tags anywhere.
A major renovation of these pages is currently under way.
If you want to take a peek at the new look,

but keep in mind that the new site is completely under
construction and will change significantly more or less
every day.
The last tours Rocky Mountains (2005, 4300 miles), from Vancouver along the US west coast to San Diego (2001, 2200 miles) and from Maine, New England to San Diego, California (1998, 6200 miles) are online, again, as well as lots of informative and hopefully helpful articles about long distance cycling in general.
If you are specifically interested in any of the topics which are listed in any of the sections but are not yet available, please do not hesitate to email me and I will do my best to complete the corresponding article quickly and bring it online.In its final form - whenever that will be achieved - this page will exist
in both English and German.
During construction, most parts will be English-only,
only some also in German. During this phase, German flags will
denote links to already existing German pages, English being the
default. Later the sets for the two languages will be separate and
only have occasional cross links in a few places.
